Nouvator
Become a Nouvator
Share your experience. Help others discover what is possible. Grow together.
You have learned through doing—through the work you practise, the challenges you navigate, and the lessons you carry.
Your experience could help someone take their next step.
At Nouva, we invite you to bring that experience into a community where people learn, collaborate, and thrive together.
What is a Nouvator?
A Nouvator is a coach, practitioner, or creative talent who shares knowledge and experience through experiential learning.
Nouvators create opportunities for people to try, ask questions, reflect, and apply what they learn. They bring practical expertise, curiosity, and care to the learning experience.
Could this be you?
We welcome interest from people across different disciplines, including:
- Coaches, facilitators, and professional practitioners.
- Entrepreneurs and business specialists.
- Writers, designers, artists, and creative talents.
- Technology and AI practitioners.
- Health, wellness, and sustainability professionals.
- Equestrians and people who lead practical learning experiences.
What connects our Nouvators is a willingness to share thoughtfully, involve participants, and keep learning themselves.
Bring your expertise to life
Your contribution could take the form of a workshop, a learning series, a guided activity, or a collaborative event—online or in person.
An experience might involve solving a real business challenge, creating something together, practising a skill, or exploring a new perspective.
Together, we consider what participants need and how your expertise can help them learn through experience.

What we value
We look for practical experience, honesty about your expertise, and care for the people learning with you.
Being a Nouvator means preparing thoughtfully, delivering reliably, welcoming questions, and using feedback to improve. It means recognising that participants bring valuable experiences of their own.
How it works
- Fill in the form
Tell us about yourself, your expertise, and the learning experience you would like to share. - Set a meeting
Meet with the Nouva team to explore your ideas, intended audience, and how we can work together. - Agree on the terms
Agree on the collaboration format, fees, responsibilities, schedule, and module ownership. - Create your module
Bring a module you own or co-create one with Nouva, incorporating practical activities, real case studies, and opportunities to apply the learning. - Market the experience
Work together to introduce your programme and reach participants who would benefit from it. - Deliver the experience
Lead your sessions, engage participants, and use their feedback to keep improving the learning experience.
Who can apply?
We welcome people with practical skills and experience to share, including:
- Coaches and facilitators.
- Legal practitioners.
- Equestrians.
- AI consultants and builders.
- Bakers and baristas.
- Creative talents, professionals, and specialists across other fields.
If you have a skill that brings value to others and an audience who would benefit from learning it, we would love to explore the possibilities with you.
Tell us what you do, who it could help, and how people could learn through experiencing it. Together, we can explore its market potential and how to shape it into a meaningful Nouva learning experience.
Do I need experience?
Yes. You should have practical experience in your field and strong coaching, teaching, or training skills. As a Nouvator, you should be able to share your knowledge clearly, engage participants, and help them apply what they learn through experience.
What other qualities do we look for?
Beyond your expertise, we value how you connect with people and support their learning. We look for Nouvators who bring:
- Clear communication: Explain ideas in ways people can understand and apply.
- A positive attitude: Encourage curiosity, participation, and a willingness to learn.
- Emotional intelligence and empathy: Listen thoughtfully, recognise different needs, and respond with care.
- Purpose: Share knowledge with a sincere desire to help others grow.
- Passion for teaching: Help participants build understanding and put their learning into practice.
- Patience: Give people room to ask questions, make mistakes, and develop their confidence.
- Professionalism: Prepare well, honour commitments, communicate well with Nouva as partners, treat people respectfully, and welcome feedback.
A Nouvator brings both expertise and care—helping people feel supported as they learn and apply new skills.
How long does the process take?
We usually take one week to review your application. If your application is successful, we will arrange an interview to get to know you and discuss the collaboration further.
The overall process typically takes two to three weeks from application to the first session, depending on module readiness, agreed terms, scheduling, and participant enrolment.
Can I run more than one experience?
Yes. Once your first experience is live, you can propose additional experiences. We’ll explore each idea together to ensure it brings value to participants and fits the Nouva community.
Let's explore what we can create
Tell us about yourself, your area of expertise and the experience you would like to share.
We can then explore the learning objectives, format, fees and responsibilities together before confirming a programme.
Help us create a community where learning becomes something we experience together.
Learn Through Experience. Collaborate. Thrive.
